- one of the staff is always in the kitchen keeping it clean
- spacious rooms (4 people only) cleaned everyday

Exceptional Staff were super helpful and check in was a breeze, super quick even first thing in the morning with an early check out, convenient keycard access to rooms.

The rooms were clean and the air con/heater worked well also most importantly the bed was comfy and the sheets were nice! I would definitely stay here again!

The top level is the best to stay in,,,as it,s real quiet from the outside noise levels. The private and large family rooms are really great with nice comfy beds and private bathrooms. Shower over bath in family rooms. Air conditioning is excellent too. And the private rooms do have tv,,tea and coffee,,milk,,,kettle facilities.
Only the traffic noise outside,,,if u happen to sleep on the closest side of the West gate freeway and city road,,,it will b noisy thru closed windows. read less

The staff were very friendly and helpful through our entire stay. The hotel is close enough to the CBD that you can walk to the shops and spend those saved dollars.
Unfortunately our remote controller for the TV was broken and although the staff did try to fix the issue they were unable to so it meant I had to sit back and watch all the ads which for me is nuts as im a big channel hopper. read less

For our room, the worst thing was not being able to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink tap and the bath tap bypass thing was stuck, so we had to use the shower. Not really that bad. read less

Very central stay Loads of fridges in the kitchen!
They advertise free wifi but it's only in the communal areas not in the rooms!

- Pas de petit déjeuner alors qu’au même prix c’est gratuit dans d’autres auberges
- Pas hyper propre (chambre + toilettes)
- Un liquide vaisselle dilué à 80%
- L’air dans les chambres qui ne marche pas vraiment du coup ça ne sentait vraiment pas bon dans la chambre (je ne vous raconte même pas les odeurs, je pense qu’ils devraient interdire aux gens de manger dans les chambres) read less

Mr Very nice hostel. Clean rooms and beds, nice vibe and a social hostel. People where playing pool and pingis in the bar area, Mixed ages as well.. 5 minutes walk to the cbd area. I would definitely come back...
